Probably the toughest ThoraxTrainer concept. Running and Nordic skiing combined into one training session where participants are alternating on a ThoraxTrainer and a Treadmill in short, high intensity, intervals.

THORAXTRAINER CORE-CIRCLE™


​In a circuit combining ThoraxTrainer with floor exercises such as push-ups, burpees, sit-ups, planks etc., this concept offers a playful combination of cardio and functional training.

Calorie burn and body toning are at stake. Short intervals of 90 seconds on the ThoraxTrainer are followed by 90 seconds on the floor. Time flies and before you know it, you have done high intensity intervals, strength training, core stability and coordination all in one session. This will save you time. Furthermore, IT'S FUN!

         THORAXTRAINER SKI+BIKE™

            Nominated GX concept of the year 2015 in Finland.

An intensive training concept combining two of the world's toughest sports: Nordic skiing and cycling. This type of training will give you a high calorie burn and improved strength, endurance and coordination!

The concept combines ThoraxTrainer with indoor cycling or spinning. The SKI+BIKE™ concept exercises both your upper and lower body. The shift changes the use of big muscle groups, and makes it possible to maintain a higher cardiovascular intensity for a longer period. This will burn more calories than any other exercise. It is very time efficient and versatile, and you will experience – after just a few training sessions – a progress you had never thought possible!
